The Iris is beautiful, %26amp; I haven%26#039;t been able to find a lot of tattoos with it%26#039;s design. The Iris was used as the symbol of royalty %26amp; was used on French coat of arms. I like the Orchid flower, too. This picture is labeled an orchid but looks like an Iris:

The Rose, Lily %26amp; Lotus flowers are beautiful, but not unique for tattoos. The Rose is one of the most frequently used flower for tattoos.

If it%26#039;s a perennial you want tattooed then I%26#039;d probably go with Kirengeshoma palmata, it would be a challenge to a good tattoo artist, and is a beautiful and quite unique plant.
